UP Academy Holland

UP Academy Holland is a tuition-free, public school open to all Boston scholars who are incoming K1-6th graders.

No application is required to enroll at UP Academy Holland, but you do need to register at the Boston Public Schools (BPS) website.

UP Academy Dorchester

Currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 School years!

UP Academy Dorchester is a tuition-free, public school open to Boston scholars in grades K1-8th. Unlike our Holland campus, our Dorchester campus requires a special application which is then placed into a lottery system. No test scores, grades, recommendations, or history will be taken into consideration.

Apply to UP Academy Dorchester for the 2025-2026 school year!

We are still accepting seats in grade K1 through 8th grade. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis while we still have openings. 

The application deadline for these grades will be every Wednesday, starting on March 12th, and we will accept any students while we still have openings in each grade.  If we get too many applications, we will run a lottery each week on Thursday, the day after applications are due.

While many find our online application to be the simplest way to apply, we understand that some families prefer alternative methods. We offer many convenient applications to our UP Academy Dorchester campus.
