Exceptional schools, built together
Our Mission
Our mission is to create exceptional schools for students who are systemically furthest from opportunity.
For over 15 years, we've been transforming schools in Massachusetts. Today we run our flagship, UP Academy Dorchester, and partner with schools and districts to strengthen leadership, teaching, and the systems that support them.
